KC Consulting Group was founded by Chiana Grant, a Charlotte-based operations strategist with a background in information management systems, Lean Six Sigma methodology, and program management.
Her work spans municipal government, civic engagement, workforce development, and small business ecosystems across the Charlotte Metro.

But the firm wasn't born in a boardroom. It was built from experience, including the kind that is hard-earned.

Before KC Consulting Group, Chiana founded and ran a product-based retail business. When it struggled, she didn't walk away from entrepreneurship. She took an honest look at what was missing, including the systems, operational structure, and foundation.

Through this journey, Chiana recognized that her background in information management was exactly what that business had needed. And exactly what countless other organizations need today!
